The curse through Land

There are different types of unseen curses and powers that manifest, when we purchase a house or land, though these invisible powers go undetectable sometime. In the modern times, where time and money pay a great role, traditions and knowledge are kept at bay many times.

When we purchase a land or house, we consider ourselves as the rightful owners of that land and house, nevertheless, the invisible entities do not agree to our viewpoints many times. In sthapathya, the sixty-four different powers residing in different cubicles are given their due share through a fire ritual and they are requested to leave the place. After this ceremony, we become the rightful owners of that place. In case we forget this important paradigm, then we bear the wrath of these superior and powerful entities.

Sometimes the whole family gets cursed and nobody is able to understand the cause. The Praśna system has definitive ways to understand the underlying causes and we can detect the finer levels of these bādhā through Praśna.

The questioner was a middle-aged woman who came with her daughter.

The Praśna was cast to check for the problems.

In the chart, the Ārūḍha and Uday are one. Mars indicating land was a primary suspect and a question was asked that whether the questioner has purchased some property few months back. To this, the questioner nodded in yes.

The session and conversation was recorded:

Question 1: Did you purchased some property very recently?

Lady: Yes.

Question 2:  Did you or your family members, met with some accidents as well?

Lady: My family is facing regular accidents. Recently our car was damaged to the maximum level. Then I met with a severe accident.

Question 3:  Did you also performed some Pooja recently? (This was intuition, because I do not remember any combination for asking such a thing)

Answer: Yes, we did the Pooja for the land and after that me and my family are in constant troubles. My husband’s business has received severe setbacks and we are continuously facing many problems including accidents, fire hazards.

She was told that a negative entity of very furious nature (Probably ṇagas, look at the positions near Badhakeś) lived at that piece of land. She and her family are bearing the wrath of that entity. She was advised certain remedies to overcome the trouble.

This case shows that how land and property can bring unforeseen troubles to us and our family. This is the reason why certain rituals were observed in ancient times, after buying the land or house.
