Vastu Consultant : Complete Vastu Analysis

Complete vastu analysis is a fully advance analysis of a house or plot.

People who are buying a plot or want to construct something on that plot can order this service. This service is different from vastu site analysis. Please go through the comparison chart to understand it better.

Before choosing a Vāstu service, it is important to consider the following points:

1.      Do you really wish to do a proper Vāstu analysis of your site because real Vāstu work is time consuming, requires lot of work and analysis etc. The common bogus analysis carries a visit to site carrying a magnetic compass and then explaining work based on assumptions. Real work is real & excellent in results while bogus work is cheap, can be done in minutes and gives zero results in reality.

2.      Actual Vāstu work requires multiple checks. It includes dik, Nagar Chayan, Vāstu daśa, vasa chakra, bhūmi lakṣaṇa according to work profile, śalya analysis and śodhana, vedhā analysis etc and multiple other things. Without this elaborate work there is no use doing any Vāstu work or even spending a minute into analysis.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The architectural designs are not approved or rejected by me. I design vastu based homes only. So architectural plans have to be checked by the client only. The client can only ask relevant questions related to report. (Twice only, only within 6 months of time). The support service is for two advises and within the time frame of six months only. Rest of the support consultancy is payable by 10000 Rs/advice.

Things not mentioned in report or which are not a part of vastu will not be discussed.

The fee for this service is dependent on size of plot. Please contact us for the fee. The applicable fee is Rs 30/sq ft or RS 50000 or which ever is higher. This is applicable on plot area and not on constructed area. So for example a plot size 1200 sq/ft. Then the applicable fee is 1200 x 30= Rs 36000, however the minimum fee for this work is Rs 50000. The half fee for consultancy needs to be paid before consultation and half on completion of work. 

OTHER CHARGES

Consultation charges are different for commercial and residential properties. Traveling expenses (both sides) are extra and has to be paid by the customer (In case the client requires a personal visit to site). This includes stay at hotel  (As a rule I do not stay at client's house + 1st class fare or airfare to place. Far off places from Jaipur are only possible through air transport). Full report samples are available on demand. You can contact us for sample. There are no reports in basic site analysis. Site visits are entertained for one time in complete vastu analysis. All site visits afterwards are chargeable. Please contact us for rates.
